A new look and feel for the site

2016 is nearly here so the site has been updated with

- a new look and feel which is mobile friendly. When you use it on a tablet or phone it should nicely scale to fit. Unfortunately this doesn't include the forum.
- a cookie policy and a popup that appears on first use to tell you about it
- a new quatrain browser
- a lot of changes under the hood

It should result in a more modern looking, responsive and readable site. There might be some minor tweaks in the weeks ahead but nothing too disruptive.
