mabuse is name of painter living in nostradamus time
-name came from his birthplase maubeuge in france
-in french 'e' on end of word can be to denote feminine
-mabus no 'e' could be 'the masculine'

mabus will soon die
=the masculine will lose its dominance

Also, Nostradamus' birthplafe in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which is literally nowhere near Maubegue. To my knowledge, Nostradamus and Maubegue literally have nothing to do with each other.

Yeah, we better not let that happen. You know what the rest of that quatrain is, right?

'Mabus' then will soon die, there will come
Of people and beasts a horrible rout:
Then suddenly one will see vengeance,
Hundred, hand, thirst, hunger when the comet will run.


So um, in conclusion, we better be vigilant not to let the Masculine lose its power :p
