Baba Vanga's prophecy:

I. THERE ARE SUFFERING AND FIGHTING IN THE WORLD

II. THERE ARE CAUSES OF FIGHTING AND SUFFERING:
         1. Lack of wisdom
         2. Discontentment
         3. Lack of love
         4. Psychological pains, social fears and bad temper ( caused by painful words and deeds )

III. THERE IS AN END TO SUFFERING AND FIGHTING

IV. THIS IS THE WAY TO END FIGHTING AND SUFFERING:
         1. Seek wisdom - read the books "Song of the Bird" by Anthony de Mello, ( a Jesuit priest )
                                 the Holy Bible,  "Primal Scream"  by  Arthur Janov, Ph. D.
                                 and the teachings of Buddha. Wisdom brings universal love and contentment to a person
         2. Contentment - wisdom and mental-perfection brings contentment and inner peace
         3. Universal love - Wisdom, contentment and mental-perfection brings universal love to a person's mind
         4. Mental-perfection - Meditate. Undergo Primal Therapy if you have many past painful experiences.


Eight-fold Path of Bliss:

               1.  Right knowledge

The Right Meditation:

               1.  Lie down in bed. Feet must be 9-12 inches apart.
               2.  Put your hands on your chest or stomach.
               3.  Say this to yourself:

                          "I am deeply relaxed."
                          "Everything's fine.  Everything's ok.  Everything will be alright now."
                          "Nothing is troubling me.  Nothing is bothering me."
                          "I am in peace."
                          "I am deeply attuned to God."

               4.  Say this to yourself:
                         
                           "Pains are leaving me."
                           Then exhale thru your mouth.
                           "Anger is leaving me."
                           Then exhale thru your mouth.
                           "Fear is leaving me."
                           Then exhale thru your mouth.
                           "I have no pains."
                           "I have no anger."
                           "I have no fear."
