Mabus was apprehended in Montreal in the last few days:

Instead it's Dave Mabus aka Dennis Markuze, a prolific and certifiable spammer who has spent the last 15 years harassing groups and individuals. In recent years his harassment spun over into death threats. Even the nostradamus.org forum was "blessed" with some his crazy until he was permabanned. One of his posts is preserved in the Trashcan sans working links.
Hopefully for his sake he'll receive the treatment that he so clearly needs.
