Century X Quatrain 90
A hundred times will the inhuman tyrant die, in his place put one learned and mild, the entire Senate will be under his hand, he will be vexed by a rash scoundrel.

Century IV Quatrain 31
The Moon in the full of night over the high mountain, the new sage with a lone brain sees it: By his disciples invited to be immortal, Eyes to the south. Hands in bosoms, bodies in the fire.

Century I Quatrain 97
That which neither weapon nor flame could accomplish will be achieved by a sweet speaking tongue in council. Sleeping, in a dream, the king will see the enemy not in war or of military blood.

Century IV Quatrain 32
In the places and times of flesh giving way to fish, the communal law will be made in opposition: It will hold strongly the old ones, then removed from the midst, Loving of Everything in Common put far behind.

Century II Quatrain 62
'Mabus' then will soon die, there will come of people and beasts a horrible rout: Then suddenly one will see vengeance, hundred, hand, thirst, hunger when the comet will run.

Century XII Quatrain 59
The accord and peace will be broken everywhere: Friendships polluted by discord: Hatred awakened, all faith corrupted, and hope. Marseilles without concord.

---------------

Part 1:
The first is simple. All through history we have seen power given to people who are cruel and unjust. A new person will come who will have control, but there will be one who will vex this person.

Part 2:
This is a little more in depth.

The moon in the full of night over a high mountain: basically a light in darkness that rises above a high obstacle.

The new sage with a lone brain sees it: someone who is wiser than any other can see the solution to the problem.

By his disciples invited to be immortal: this person who is wiser than any other has followers, and these followers welcome this one’s ideas and try and put them into action, thereby making this person virtually immortal.

Eyes to the south. Hands in bosoms, bodies in fire: South in many of the older cultures is known as the direction where paradise is. This person looks to the south, to paradise. However, this isn’t so common a belief or though pattern, to think of south as paradise, so this person is very unique, probably in many ways. ‘Hands in bosoms’ probably refers to keeping their hands secret from others, for the bosom is thought of as a place where secrets are kept. The last part of this says ‘bodies in fire’. While this person is of a single mind, or ‘lone brain’, this person is not of a single body. Whoever this person is, they have in some way two different bodies and this causes them pain.

Part 3:
That which neither weapon nor flame could accomplish will be achieved by a sweet speaking tongue in council: by now this should be obvious.

Sleeping, in a dream, the king will see the enemy not in war or of military blood: the sage dreams of things, either real dreams or dreams as in goals, and they do not see the enemy who blocks them as anything violent. I believe that this person somehow sees themselves as the enemy.

Part 4:
In the places and times of flesh giving way to fish: fish meaning Christianity. Obvious link.

the communal law will be made in opposition: something involving a very large community will be created in opposition to Christianity.

It will hold strongly the old ones, then removed from the midst, Loving of Everything in Common put far behind: This place will hold the old ones, meaning either the elderly or, more likely, old beliefs, non religious. This place is also removed from main society. It is also a place that encourages individuality, something not seen in typical society.

Part 5:
As we have seen from these last ones, whoever this sage is, they change the world and make it good. It’s almost as if everything they touch ‘turns to gold’. Mabus, I believe, means Midas. When Mabus dies, someone will seek vengeance causing things to fall apart. The last part, ‘the comet will run’, refers to the hopes of the people leaving.

Part 6:
This last part is rather straightforward. This is the final result of the sages death. As for what ‘Marseilles without concord’ means: Marseilles is a port city, concord means harmony. A port without harmony would mean many ships being destroyed. The meaning is clear.

So here is the theory here: There will come a person who will lead the world to a better time, but upon their death there is chaos.

Well just going with one theme:
C1Q18.  Because of Gallic (French) discord and negligence, a passage
will be opened to Mohamet: The land and sea of Siena will be soaked in blood, and the Phocaean port 3 covered with sails and ships.
2 Siena = A probable not certain translation of Senoise.
3 port = Always Marseilles, founded by the Phocaeans from Greece.
XVIII.

C3Q20. Through the regions of the great river Guadalquivir Deep in Iberia to the Kingdom of Grenada Crosses beaten back by the Mahometan peoples One of Cordova will betray his country
XX.
2 Bethique = Latin Baetis, Guadalquivir River.
3 contrade = Provencal contrada, country.

XXIII.
1 lygustique = Latin Ligusticus, Ligurian.

C3Q23. If, France, you pass beyond the Ligurian Sea, You will see yourself shut up in islands and seas: Mahomet contrary, more so the Adriatic Sea: You will gnaw the bones of horses and asses.

LXIV. Repos long temps au grand port Ionique.
5 Olchades = Latin Olcades, a people living in south eastern Spain, near Cartagena.
6 classe = Latin classis, fleet
C3Q64.  The chief of Persia will occupy great Olchades 4, The
trireme fleet against the Mahometan people From Parthia, and Media: and the Cyclades pillaged: Long rest at the great Ionian port.
4 Olchades = Cartagena

C5Q55. In the country of Arabia Felix 1, (or Arabia the fortunate, an irony) There will be born one powerful in the law of Mahomet: To vex Spain, to conquer Grenada, And more by sea against the Ligurian 2 people.
1 Arabia Felix = part of Arabia now divided between Yemen and the Aden Protectorate.
2 Ligurian = the Genoese
LV.
1 contrade = Provencal contrada, country.
2 conquester OF: conquester, to conquer, win.
3 Ligustique = Latin Ligusticus, Ligurian.

Not only tells you; who, how, and why, but not when.

Probability = most likely
